  As a Brand Manager, I’m the point of contact for customers and their organizations, I constantly aim to find opportunities to increase sales by making use of the product knowledge, the market, and the overall environment. My duties include the approval of the strategies for product sales made by the team, controlling the budget, and taking care of the warehouse management. I am in charge of report presentation and discussing new opportunities for brand growth with the customer, analysing and explaining the risks, and always pushing for the overall process optimization by sharing knowledge and feedback. I am also responsible for issue tracking and resolution, both with the customer and the internal team: I collect the queries, get the answers, and solve the problems with a proactive approach. In addition, I take care of the invoice process by coordinating with the internal finance team and supporting it in finding the best solution both for the company and the customer.
