In the 2021-1 cycle, I had the opportunity to participate in a project with the company REPSOL, where with a group of colleagues from different careers, we sought to develop bicycle tires based on natural rubber extracted from rubber-producing areas in Peru. I was very happy with all the results obtained and for the great support and guidance provided by Professor Gabriela Pella.

A month ago I was given the opportunity to represent my university and especially my country in the ✨️1st International Citizen Meeting for Clean Air✨️ in Colombia. Without a doubt, the fact of meeting people who are so passionate about solving problems related to air quality and being able to learn from them, as well as having been a speaker and speaking about environmental problems in Peru, is something that is priceless. And also the fact of having been able to make new friends over there and knowing that I have a place to go to if one day I go, just like they do here, has been a wonderful experience! Show less

Together with a great team of friends, we had the opportunity to compete in the "Climathon Argentina - Uruguay 2021" with the LIFE CONCRETE proposal, in which we were the winners of challenge number 2 "Circular systems". This year I had the opportunity to participate in the international contest "Mapathon 2021", along with a bunch of colleagues, Stephanie Peralta and Noemi Miguel. This contest was organized within the framework of the celebration of the Bicentennial of the Independence of Peru in collaboration between the Peruvian government and the regional Group of Earth Observations. After 5 days of competition, we managed to occupy the third place in category one "Mapping of risk zones". Without a doubt, a very enriching experience on a personal and professional level. Show less
