      Shore Excursions Officers are responsible for promoting, selling, and dispatching shore excursions offered in more than 400 various ports of call as directed by the Shore Excursions Manager. Shore Excursions are to resolve any passenger problems encountered and ensure the fullest customer satisfaction. Managing the sales and bookings of shore excursions Dispatch of shore excursions and tenders Assigning escorts for a shore excursion to provide quality management Handling of private guest excursions Shorex complaint management Coordination of all excursions including audio equipment Providing deep knowledge of the ports of call and excursions and assisting guests according to their needs and interest Concierge duties such as booking restaurants, golf, or other activities ashore Perform any other tasks or duties as required or delegated by supervisors Accompanies regularly shore excursions to ensure product and port knowledge and to monitor the quality of tours Works closely with supervisors, colleagues, and other departments to achieve the highest possible passenger satisfaction
