'I worked closely with Mariam whilst she was the REDIX Hospitality Director, which was the first major real estate development company in Georgia. Our cooperation was for the development of a luxury health club that was to be part of a mixed use real estate project. During the entire process of planning through to execution of the project I found Mariam to be an astute business woman with an eye for the details of all financial elements. As with all developments there are challenging periods and Mariam always was able to remove emotions from the key decisions and focus entirely on proactive solutions.
