I worked with María Jesús extensively after we acquired her company in 2018. From the beginning I was impressed by the breadth of her responsibilities and amazing attention to detail. There are few people I have worked with who put in the effort level that she does. At that time she was doing her regular day job, working on post-acquisition consolidation work, adapting to working in a US company culture, and going to English classes to improve her language skills. She excelled at all of these things at the same time while always bringing a positive attitude to the office. I would hire her again without question. Any company would be lucky to have her.
