My primary area of research is within the field of micro-corporate social responsibility (micro-CSR), in which I study how organizations' CSR efforts impact employees, organizational culture, and subsequent external stakeholders. I seek to gain a greater understanding of how CSR affects organizational dynamics by drawing on theories from the areas of organizational behavior, ethics, and positive psychology.I currently teach courses in organizational behavior, ethics, critical thinking, and business communication.
