The Cove is a place for Homeless teens to go receive assistance. At this agency, I Co-lead a self-esteem small group for students, prepared hygiene backpacks, mentored students, organized clothing, prepared snacks and meals, ate with the students, tutored the students, interacted with these students. I truly did life with these students. Everything from talking about their day to walking them to the bus stop. Applied classroom knowledge in a practical setting.
