looking at Ruthenium phosphine complexes to determine their coordination chemical shifts. Then we would determine if there was a correlation between several characteristics previously determined and coordination chemical shifts. As a research project, there is not much information in the literature about our specific project and what we are looking at. There were many procedures I had to follow since the reagents were air sensitive also because the results may be published I needed to keep an organized lab note book. With this project, there were many print outs of spectra about three for each reaction run and so they needed to be organized so that we could later find and compare results between trials.
