I lead the Product Development team of Technical Designers, Digital Technical Designers, Patternmakers, Sample Management, Sample Room and Raw Material Sample Warehouse.● Direct and track product development for all apparel categories including analyzing and identifying reporting and resource deficiencies needed to support and reduce development time cross-functionally.● Create and manage development calendars as well as lead the execution and report on the progress against those milestones.● Respond and react to customer feedback regarding fit and quality.● Partner closely with Design, Merchandising, Sourcing and Planning to maximize efficiencies and to ensure on time development and deliveries.● Partner with IT to develop and implement tools and reports for greater transparency of the development timelines.
