Maria has done a fantastic job as our mission intern responsible for volunteer coordination and development assistant. Her attitude of "Yes I can" is contagious and spreads throughout our organization. Her main responsibility each and every week is make sure that all of our pantry operations are adequately staffed with enough and the right volunteers. This means she is coordinating with over a 100 people each week and always with a kind heart and disposition. Maria is going to be a great asset to any organization because of her ability to manage multiple projects, lead people to a desired task or goal, and her smart thoughtful approach to decision making. In addition her keen eye for detail in the works she has done in the development area including an understanding of Salesforce.com is a real bonus to her already strong relationship skill set. I highly recommend her as a leader in any organization or company. If you hire her you are well on your way to a well run department or area of your business or nonprofit organization.
