Innovation in Educational Leadership Centre, Santiago, Chile | www.ciled.udd.cl Led a team of 2 to design and develop the Technical Professional Leaders website, supported by the Ministry of Education of Chile. • Design Development: Conducted the diagnosis of the centre’s platform, identified areas for improvement visually and conceptually, including developing the design of the website and then building it on WordPress platform. • Project Management: Generated creative timeline, mapped out all key initiatives and deliverables for the development of the new platform and ensured the timely delivery of the project. • Client Management: Continuously evolving design processes and tools to adapt to the centre's and stakeholders needs, and effectively delivering operational improvements based on feedback. Designed and developed inspirational online content for online library, which consisted of 25 infographic cards to introduce various frameworks and tools to boost the implementation of innovation initiatives amongst more than 37,000 students and lectures. • User Analysis and Content Development: Researched users’ profiles and identified implementation obstacles and explored opportunities to reinforce the position of the innovation department of the university in the internal and national ecosystem. • Innovation Consulting: Brought a fresh perspective of innovation and user-centred methodologies and contributed to creating great user experiences by implementing the strategy of the project supporting the strategy for the execution, including diffusion plan.
