  I am a member of the Litigation Department at Hopkins & Carley. My practice focuses on real estate litigation and dispute resolution, trust and estate litigation, and complex litigation, including commercial, construction, and trade secret claims. I have extensive experience in jury and non-jury trials, and I serve as a Judge Pro Tempore for the Santa Clara County Superior Court. I am a member of CREW (California Real Estate Women), and member of both the Santa Clara County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. I am also admitted to the United States District Court, Northern Division.I received my Juris Doctor degree from the Santa Clara University School of Law. I hold a degree in sociology from the University of California at Davis. I was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1992. My prior litigation experience includes working as in-house counsel for Farmers Insurance Group.
