När du läser, ser eller hör något från Welingo är det med stor sannolikhet något mina fingrar rört vid. Som marknadskoordinator har jag nämligen nöjet att producera mycket av innehållet på vår hemsida och ser till att dela med oss av det, till exempel här på LinkedIn. (Hör gärna av dig om du har önskemål på område du vill veta mer om i en kort film eller ett längre blogginlägg.)Eftersom jag också roddar med andra sammanhang vi syns i, som konferenser, föreläsningar och webbinarium, tycker jag själv att jag har en himla festlig blandning av arbetsuppgifter. Communications Consultant

Snälla nån, vad roligt det är att jobba som kommunikationskonsult på Welingo! Vi åker till arbetsplatser runt om i landet och träffar personer som på olika sätt kommunicerar med andra människor. Det kan vara en chef som håller i presentationer för sina medarbetare, en receptionist som tar hand om en medborgare vid receptionsdisken eller en medarbetare i en IT-support som svarar på samtal från en stressad kollega vars dator inte vill starta. Mitt bidrag till deras vardag är att jag utbildar och coachar dem till att bli ännu bättre på att kommunicera, i förhoppningen och tron att det kommer göra deras arbete lite enklare och mycket roligare. Jag vet i alla fall med säkerhet att alla dessa människor bidrar till att göra min vardag roligare!

Project Manager

Project Manager with the Vice-Chancellor's Office at Örebro University, responsible for various projects:- A study on Örebro University alumni, examining, among other things, employment rate and place of residence. Some of the results the study showed was that Örebro University alumni have a very high employment rate, and that about 50 per cent of the alumni stay in Örebro County after graduation. Results of the study was presented on separate occasions to university management, faculty boards, and schools.- A series of projects related to diversity and gender equality. For example,organizing a lunch lecture, putting together the monthly meetings for the Network for Equality, and giving talks to and doing workshops with departments within the university.- A few short projects related to staff data. Tasks mainly included finding and interpreting relevant data on a basic level.

Vice President

Örebro Student Union is the student union of Örebro University, representing 13 000 students. The organization is composed of nearly 4000 members, of which several hundreds are working voluntarily to improve life as a student in Örebro and Grythyttan.I was elected by the representative assembly of Örebro Student Union to work as Vice President for 12 months. The role as Vice President is one of four full-time trustee positions and includes responsibility for the internal organization and educational affairs, as well as handling employer issues.The position demands an ability to handle several different tasks at once and at a high tempo. It is a highly rewarding job where you get to motivate and are motivated by a huge organization of volunteers. The job taught me a lot about leadership, prioritizing between work tasks, and planning and carrying out projects, among lots of other things I've learned on a both personal and professional level (and yes, I am aware of the cheesiness of this last sentence).

Clerk

Örebro Student Union is the student union of Örebro University, representing 13 000 students. The organization if composed of nearly 4000 members, of which several hundreds are working voluntarily to improve life as a student in Örebro and Grythyttan.As clerk, working part-time during my final year at Örebro University, my work tasks included helping students at the front desk of the office of Örebro Student Union, as well as assisting the full-time trustees and office workers in their day-to-day work. I was elected for this position by the board of Örebro Student Union for the fall semester of 2013, with a renewed trust for the spring semester of 2014.
