Used networking skills within Honda, contacted the product supplier, researched the problem, and set up and ran tests to accomplish this. - Inspected returned warranty parts, determined malfunctions along with possible causes, and logged them into a Honda database - Supported research and testing for a window regulator noise issue involving work with an outside supplier. - Helped determine crack causes and origins on windshields and assisted research on a warranty spike.
