Again providing all aspects of people management and improving and implementing additional tasks and processes as and when required.Customer Service Team Manager 2007 to 2010My team consisted of 24 full and part time Customer Service Advisers who, through direct contact with customers, made amendments to a range of different advertising media including; YP adverts, Yell.com listings, PhotoVideo adverts and 118 247 information. Responsibilities included; People Management including; Performance, Training and Attendance Management. Create and deliver training programmes for staff development Monitoring work inputs and prioritising daily workloads Taking part in new projects as and when required Communications Forum Delegate Attending regular meetings along with the CEO, Company Secretary and other delegates. The purpose of this forum was to discuss business related information, provide consultation and give representation between the company and its employeesAchievements within Yell included; Developed excellent management skills through dealing with difficult situations and sensitive issues including the disciplinary process. Successfully managing my team through the threat of redundancy and restructure in a sensitive and positive way, maintaining good staff morale and ensuring productivity and KPIs were met at this difficult time. Successfully selecting and recruiting staff who went on to become valued, high performing members of the team.
