       Work directly with overseas and local suppliers.  Request lab dips from suppliers and issued P.O. as needed in order to develop a new line at the beginning of each season.  Request fabric information from each supplier and drag all the information and develop the fabric utilization (spread sheet with fabric information by suppliers, articles # and by colors.  Up dating fabric utilization with fabric information for dups fabric.  Request Mini Batch and follow up for the delivery of the mini batches.  Prepare the style creation for each collection (by season)  Request the first samples by fabric group, issued mini Batch P.O. by factory get tracking info and follow up for delivery of the goods.  Issue Purchase Orders to overseas factories and customers for samples dups to be sent or received and make any amendments that may be necessary.  Check bi-weekly that all POs have been received; keeping in mind that if POs are not received within 45 days they will be cancelled.  Upon delivery of the goods make sure that all samples are label properly and take pictures and use Photo Shop to prepared nice presentation of each one in order to send to customers as requested.  Prepared the collection for the showroom and send them to N.Y and to various salesmen.  Send samples (Fit, Photo samples, Pre-Production, TOP samples, etc) following each customers required procedures and advise the appropriate people of shipment via tracking information number.  Email sales representatives and Customers to let them know when samples are going to them.  Track all samples-swatches, etc., packages sent to ensure delivery.  Developed Priority List by Season and give daily maintenance with customer delivery dates, styles, work orders # quantity, etc.,  Assist in monitoring production status of all orders, updating priority list & JBA based on information received from factory and analysis of effect on deliveries.
