Supervisor
-
Jan 2016 - Dec 2019
As the Supervisor of the parent training program, my responsibilities included outreach, recruitment, sitting on various coalitions and advisory boards, training staff, developing programming/events that would encourage program participation and organizational awareness, and teaching/training the 6-7-week voluntary parenting course. I was also responsible for ensuring program quality and thus regularly assessed data and created plans for improvement and performance. In addition to this, I also stewarded and maintained various partnerships/relationships for the organization for programmatic purposes and at times financial purposes. I was responsible for program expansion and development and increased the number of lives being changed. Lastly, if not most importantly, act as an advocate to all children and families involved in Boys Town services.
