      This year I finally started to work on my own project - short and well planned tours around unknown Turkey. I had few main goals: * To create special trips for people to let them travel slow and joyful, with no hurry and diving into local's culture as deep as possible with my guidance. * To break stereotypes about one the most special countries for me - Turkey. * To show myself that I can create something worth and meaningful out of companies. For now 1 tour successfully took place in Cappadocia, on 30 of April - 3d of May. It was a greqat pleasure for me and special experience for my dear travelers.       Akkord Tour is one of the largest outgoing touroperators in Ukraine, which occupies leading position on tourism market (especially in segment of bus tours to European countries) for almost 15 years. There are three main stages of tour leader's work flow: preparation before tour, tour itself (realization) and post-tour reporting. So here are my core responsibilities on each stage: PREPARATION: 1.Preparing general information about countries and cities of the tour. 2.Preparing information about all the excursions that tourists can buy. 3.Creating detailed daily plan for the tour. It includes our trip route with all the kilometers between route spots, proper places with WC, petrol, canteens, souvenirs shops etc. 4.Receiving documents package for the tour. 5.Making phone calls to all he tourists and giving them details about our trip. REALIZATION: 1.Meeting drivers, to discuss tour program with them. Checking video and audio systems in the bus. 2.Meeting tourists, helping them find their seats. 3.Provdidng general info about tour program, organizational moments, safety rules in the bus, passing borders, to make them know each other. 4.Promoting excursions, to help tourists choose proper excursions for them and to sell as possible. 5.Informing tourists during tour about countries and cities we go to. 6.Creating friendly, positive atmosphere in the bus and team spirit between tourists. 7.Changing plan for a day if needed (according to program, tourists needs and excursions schedule) 8.Supporting receptionists during check in and check out at the hotels. 9.Communicating with all our partners such as drivers, hoteliers, excursion guides, shop managers etc in order to provide best service to our tourists. 10.Providing assistance in insurance case if it happened.
