I had the pleasure of working with a fellow that has shown a great desire to learn and improve! I first met Roxana when she applied for some mobility projects through GEYC, but was able to work with her directly when she was accepted to the European Fellowship on Human Rights, based on her previous experience and the potential that she possesses. During my time as her mentor, I thoroughly enjoyed my time working with Roxana and came to know her as a truly valuable asset to our team. The activities included in the European Fellowship on Human Rights program challenged and motivated Roxana to develop not only her intercultural awareness, project management skills, but also her ability to solve problems, creativity, intuition and motivation. She learned how to manage human and job interaction through digital tools for 5 months and cooperate without having much face-to-face relationship, which will prove very valuable in her future career. Her digital skills have improved significantly during the 5 months fellowship, as well as the communication and critical thinking skills. She has also shown a great degree of initiative and independence; and she showed a true interest in the topic of human rights education, which will prove to be very valuable in her future endeavour.
