Maria is as reliable a person as I have ever met. She works with a well-rooted level of integrity and she is honest in all aspects of her life. Maria holds herself accountable and leads others from the front. Maria is compassionate, empathetic, and organized. She is proactive and gets well ahead of potential issues in most cases. When the unpreventable and unforeseen issues do arise she is decisive, flexible, and patient all at once. I have worked as a direct supervisor of Maria in a university admission office and within 6 weeks (more quickly than any other supervisee I worked with in 10 years) she supervised a small team of student-employees. Maria has a special talent in preparing for and running a meeting and has the ability to allow all participants to be heard and contribute. She is inspiring!
