  As a Design Manager I lead the design team, set programmes,review the project design, negotiate Authority requirements, control project costs, identify alternative strategies, attend site meetings and work with builder through to construction process. My objective is to provide buildings with a point of difference and that are financially viable. Current projects include 298 Apartments in Rosebery and 2 Commercial Office Towers at Sydney Olympic Park.
