Maria started off working for me as a Customer Success Trainer in April of 2021 for our Tampa Training Team in a hybrid environment and activated on all Cylinders. With her remarkable work initiative and dedication, she was able to move up the ladder doing double duty as Customer Success Manager to point of contact in our vacant management position in training. Shortly thereafter Maria, was then promoted to Customer Success Training Manager in January 2022 In addition, she managed over 20 direct reports and at the time 1 of 7 people that knew how to facilitate complex licensing training and able to train her direct reports and a other employees throughout our organization. The leadership team has seen her success in her given position and eventually flourish as a go to leader. I have no doubt in my mind that she will flourish in this new role if chosen especially during these uncertain times. Maria is a role model in the company and her dedication and enthusiasm to succeed, which was very motivating and inspiring to her co-workers. With her position as Training Field Area Manager, she has developed a strong work relationship with her peers and employees leading to successful metrics. I personally believe that Maria has the characteristics of a successful leader and student. I highly recommend her for any position, and any role in any company/organization.
