      Client - Telecom leading company: Worked as Agile Coach with Baltic region. Helped to establish collaboration between the company and vendors. Achievements: helped set up working agreements and process - needed meetings and events, artifacts; improved development teams predictability using different metrics; improved transparency of dev process between the company and vendors; helped to visualise with story maps that the initial chosen project strategy was not effective in case of fixed date and scope. Last 3 month worked as Agile Coach for Common Functions - HR and Financial Systems. Conducted Agile trainings, workshops and coaching sessions.
