  Plan, staff and execute 500+ country club events per year ranging in size from 20 – 550 attendees. · Communicate and coordinate with clients to understand their event expectations and provide operational layout and design recommendations. · Act as point person during events, graciously and resourcefully resolving any issues that arise. · Conduct pre-meal meetings with staff reviewing the BEO and any related details. Assist in coordinating food service including special requests, dietary needs and allergies. Help with station set up and facilitate interaction between kitchen and service staff during events · Attend sheets meetings and event walk throughs. · Supervise and evaluate banquet service staff, includes regular training and check-ins of staff. Develop protocols for the servers to interact with members and guests. · Inspect function spaces daily to ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and safety. · Assure and enforce safety, accident & emergency policies, rules, regulations & procedures including local and state laws regarding the service of alcoholic beverages.
