Assembling monthly financial reports, sending status updates, interim forecasts and projections for both program managers and funding agencies, and reviewing status reports. Maintain knowledge of relevant contractual procedures to interpret and to comply with FAR, DFAR, NASA, and other related government rules and contractual terms. Review and execute Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, and other contractual documents. DCAA audits, annual corporate audits, with the contract approval and signature process. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial and non-financial reports. Prepare and reconcile final contract invoices and closeout certification and documentation. Show less
