Contract administration and project accounting. Negotiation and administration of T&M, FFP, Level of Effort, and cost reimbursement for both U.S Government prime contracts and contracts from commercial customers, GSA schedules, as well as task orders for various levels of risk, complexity and value. Monitoring contract activities to ensure services are performed according to the contract specifications. Maintain and execute administration and procedures for various subcontracts and consulting agreements. Support continual interaction with government contracting officers, commercial clients, and program staff to ensure that contract requirements are fulfilled and on time. Interpreting RFP’s to create cost proposals, budget justifications, and required documents for proposal submission, as well as maintaining costs for contracts that are awarded, monthly billing and contract reporting. Communicating with project managers and outside agencies regarding billing, deliverables and cost containment. Assembling monthly financial reports, sending status updates, interim forecasts and projections for both program managers and funding agencies, and reviewing status reports. Maintain knowledge of relevant contractual procedures to interpret and to comply with FAR, DFAR, NASA, and other related government rules and contractual terms. Review and execute Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, and other contractual documents. DCAA audits, annual corporate audits, with the contract approval and signature process. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial and non-financial reports. Prepare and reconcile final contract invoices and closeout certification and documentation. Show less
