I am very pleased to tell you about Maria Mallari, whom I have known for 10 years. Maria and I worked together on high profile commercial accounts striving to provide the best service possible. As a Senior Marketing Representative, Maria was extremely knowledgeable of Major Accounts guidelines. She demonstrated to be proactive by keeping our department informed when policies or procedures changed. Beyond her knowledge Maria would provide exceptional service to internal colleagues and external customers. She always demonstrated strong evidence of her passion for Labor and Trust accounts which require special attention due to the sensitivity of these groups. Maria was an asset to our department and was always willing to go out of her way to ensure her clients were happy with HN's service. Personally, Maria always treated me and others in the unit, with the greatest courtesy and respect. I always knew I could count on her support and was able to see what an asset she was to our department.
