1) Responsible to monitor statutory annual compliance of the company including preparation / lodgment of Annual Returns, Audited Account and other Statutory Forms. 2) Liaise with Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (“SSM”)/auditors on any matters as instructed by Company Secretary 3) Update and keep abreast with knowledge and all developments on use of MyCoID and Malaysian Business Reporting System (“MBRS”) by SSM on filing of documents.4) Prepare Directors’ Confirmation of Remuneration and Benefits Form, Confirmation of Minutes, Collation / Preparation of documents for auditors for Statutory Audit and Annual Compliance 5) Keep track of deadlines to file annual returns, prepare the same and file the same with SSM within the allowed time frame.6) To assist Company Secretary in the preparation and conduct of management meetings which includes – ensure papers/files uploaded and updated in platform; prepare refreshments and lunch; ensure ICT equipment such as projector & Video Conference in working order; and assist Company Secretary in other matters during the meeting. 7) Ensure papers are collated, printed and uploaded on platform 2 work days before management meeting and updated version loaded on platform.8) Where Board approvals is required, ensure the document is duly circulated, executed by the Board and thereafter update secretarial file immediately. 9) Liaise with Finance department for requisite payments for any SSM lodgments, for signing of the audited financial statements ("AFS"), obtain the requisite approval of the AFS from the Board and timely filing of the AFS.10) Ensure that records kept in secretarial files are updated and ready for annual audit inspection by external auditors.
