I worked with Maria for several years at Retek. While I was in development, she brought customer concerns with our software to me in a collaborative spirit with a genuine customer-centric focus. She excelled in testing both the customer issue to determine whether it was a valid defect, and in testing the fixes provided by development to ensure the customer issue was resolved. She was the personification of grace under fire. Her organization, attention to detail and genuine kindness made her a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her without hesitation. She is both technically skilled and so personable that she would be an excellent addition to any team.
