  We are a global organization within Technology and Innovation segment responsible for the development of new technologies and the qualification and release of new component repair procedures. My team is responsible for refurbishment development and production support for service run Blades , Vanes, Ring Segments and Combustor parts. We support the repair business through R&D leading, specification creation and shop qualifications as well as technical support and optimization of running production in various shops of the Repair Network in Europe, Asia and North America.
