I got to know Maria through the UC Berkeley Digital Marketing Bootcamp as her TA. Each week, Maria continued to impress me through her hard work and dedication to learning the digital marketing topics taught in this course, some of which include brand strategy, the customer journey, content marketing, web design, SEO, paid search advertising, social media marketing and more. Though the nature of our classes were online due to the pandemic, Maria really stood out to me as a student because she would make the extra effort to reach out and ask questions about the material, seek feedback, and implement what we would discuss into her homework. Every week, I would look forward to reviewing her assignments because she always hit the mark with what we were asking. She is quick to catch on and her execution (both with content and design) is flawless. I noticed early on in the program that she is a very outgoing, friendly and communicative person, and I am really fortunate to have been able to work with someone as great as she is.
