Workforce Management and recruitment: Supported and sustained a volunteer and paid work force in the MRS: Men's Referral Service, where trained male telephone counsellors challenged male callers about their use of violence and it's impact to their family and others. Maintained high retention rates for this service delivery and investigated and developed future pathways for it's sustainability.
