For the past 5+ years I have been Product Owner for Banking solution and part of product management team. Banking is a payment automation SaaS solution for companies of all sizes. Banking’s core consists of multi-bank connections for payment processing and account reconciliation, extended with versatile value-added services. During the years I have gained extensive knowledge on bank connectivity and payment processing domain.Banking has just gone through UI renewal. I was in key responsibility role of designing UI with enhanced quality and user experience in cooperation with UX designer and my colleagues. We also ran piloting program with selected customers and closely followed customers’ transition to new UI, collecting feedback, guiding and helping them at the same.In my role I have- clarified requirements with customers and other stakeholders, and designed new features- written detailed requirement specifications and instructed developers on implementation- managed product backlog and prioritized features and bugs- given product demos for internal and external stakeholders- managed all localization and acted as contact person for our localization partner- acted as system administrator for Jira and Confluence and given training for fellow employees- actively sought and suggested enhanced ways of working within product management team as well as in R&D and product management cooperation Show less

I was involved almost to entire life cycle of Basware Supplier Portal. I started by designing and managing development of the core features, also taking part for coding and testing at the same. In between I took some time off work to raise my own family. And at the end, I planned and managed migration project to move customers to newer portal solution.Entire time I had a small but efficient international team working with me.
