To Whom This May Concern, It is my pleasure to provide this recommendation for Maria Rios. I met Ms. Rios in her role as Nursing Home Administrator when I became the Personal Care Administrator at Twining Village in March 2016. From day one, Maria exemplified excellent team building and communication skills as she consistently exceeded company expectations to retain employees and increase census. Maria did this effortlessly. Maria built a strong nursing team and quickly addressed major concerns of staff, family members and residents within 90 days of her arrival to the campus. Maria was and is still a consistent resource to her colleagues, seldom missing an opportunity to help in any way she can. On a personal level, Maria is charismatic, well-spoken, hardworking, patient and dedicated to the quality of care for her residents, her reporting staff and colleagues. Maria’s pleasing personality and humble approach to challenges is not only refreshing but cherished and respected by all that knows her. It was truly a joy to have worked with her as part of the leadership team. It is with great enthusiasm that I recommend Maria to you as I know she will continue to grow in leadership and be a great asset to any organization. I wish her the very best in her future endeavors. Sincerely, Sylvia Virgile Personal Care Administrator Sylvia.virgile@gmail.com

During my first four years working with this particular employer, I quickly moved up the administrative ladder which is demonstrated by the different roles I served. While I was initially hired as a staff nurse, my work ethic proved to be rewarding, and thus, I was promoted several times before becoming Assistant Administrator.
