  As an ESL Paraprofessional my duties are to work with individual students or small group of students to reinforce learning material communicate in English or a designated language to facilitate instructional processes. Monitor work, grade papers, supervise testing and makeup work. Alert the teacher of any problem or special information about an individual student.
