  Encinitas, CA I facilitate and coordinate the City of Encinitas' Citizen Participation Plan for project applicants. This includes creating their public notice package (working with GIS), as well as reviewing their submissions and providing comments. I strive to make the process as accessible and efficient for everyone involved.
