  Research project on Leadership and emotion perception at the Psychology Department University of Crete.The research was in the context of an ongoing collaboration between the Social interaction and emotion lab at the University of Crete with the Department of Psychology, Humboldt University (Prof. Ursula Hess) and the Department of Management, University of Haifa (Prof. Shlomo Hareli). I involved in looked into cross-cultural differences in norms and emotion perception in Greece (and in other countries: Germany and Israel). I was in charge of recruiting participants through on-line means and also conducting the data coding of participants' (N = circa 250) open-ended reports, circulating information, recruiting a large number of students and code the open ended material.
