Maria was in the Design Standard Team reporting to me at Selina, a hospitality company. An incredible contributor to the creation of an outstanding organizational Design Standard drafted those days for the first time from scratch. Maria communicates in a concise and clear way in English, she takes over tasks and delivers those in an accurate way delivering high quality. Maria was involved in QA/QC processes making sure that design deliverables across the organization are delivered in adherence with the standards set, and up to the requirements. During my time as Head of Architecture in Selina, Maria, in addition to being an excellent architect, was fundamental in setting the company's design and construction standards.
