Having had the pleasure to work with Maria in a fast moving and dynamic sales environment, I would explain her as the professional engine that orchestrated the planning, pace, direction and ultimately team success. The ultimate professional with a great sense of humour, I can thoroughly recommend her.

Maria is a proactive, detail oriented manager who was a key part of my sales operations organization at Convergys. I hired Maria to join my group to support a critical sales region during a major sales system transition. She quickly became an expert on the system and processes and proved to be an invaluable resource immediately. Despite a highly distributed and diverse sales region, Maria was able to build strong relationships with sales and other related functions very quickly and become a key resource for them. The accuracy of our sales operation for the region improved considerably and the efficiency of sales processes and collaboration increased as Maria proactively looked for improvement areas. I highly recommend Maria as an ideal addition to any team looking to improve sales operations efficiency.
