I developed the company’s system and achieve successful certification for the three international standards in 15 months. Leading a team of 20 Internal Auditors I was responsible for the planning, conducting and follow up of all Internal and other Audits as requested by our Clients. In my responsibilities was also the overall monitoring and control of the QHSE Issues of all RW Armstrong Projects . Reporting directly to the Programs Manager & Regional Director i led the Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award Certification initiative applying the EFQM Excellence Model to RW Armstrong and driving the process of compliance with Abu Dhabi Municipality Environment, Health and Safety Management System framework (EHSMS).
