  Work directly with the Head Referee and Tournament Director as the sole official's assignor for volleyball tournaments around the northeast starting. Be on site for larger events (35-100 courts) to handle changes on the fly due to referee/team absences and court delays. These 3-day tournaments have between 650 and 1,500 matches each depending on the number of courts. Keep the official scoresheet for Women's Volleyball home matches at Georgetown University and American University during the season (September-November) and for any pre- or post-season tournaments. Coordinate with the referees and the assistant scorekeeper during the match to be sure all details are accurately and efficiently recorded.

  Cooperate with a team of estimators and the VP of Estimating to assemble bids and budgets for structural cast-in-place concrete jobs in the Washington, DC metro area ranging in contract value from $1.5 to $60 million. Responsibilities include job quantity take-off, drawing coordination, communicating with suppliers and general contractors, manpower evaluation and scheduling. Coordinate with the Infinity Structures office in Georgia to provide layouts and pricing for buildings in the Washington, DC and Baltimore, MD areas as part of the Miller & Long Infinity Systems team. Organize budget take-offs and pricing for jobs with schematic plans. Consult with project managers regarding active jobs and quantify large changes for active jobs. Attend pre-bid and scope meetings as necessary.
