During the 3rd Weekend of February 2023, it took place the XIVth PL (Local Platform: team building/formative weekend for Volunteers) in which I had the pleasure to be part of the organization Committee in charge of logistics, the budget, themede parties and overall control.Going a step further, these same dates I became Active Member of ESN URJC (6 months after being accepted as Volunteer) compromising myself to improve communication channels and enhancing open talks, transparency and efficiency as my core values. After taking part into an E+ Project this summer, I can gladly say that now I am an active volunteer for ESN URJC, student association. In this organization I am member of the Parties and Communication Committees. Moreover, we can carry on activities, projects and team buildings along the rest of volunteers and Erasmus like pizza nights, cultural visits, city tours, etc.

After becoming part of the 2022 Conference as a Staff member, I have had the pleasure to join the Secreatariat of the Conference as UDG of Logistics together with Ana Calatayud to develop such an interesting role. Managing room bookings, asigning tasks, optimizing to-do lists, creating rund-downs and much more to go in the 2023 edition.

In October 2022 I had the pleasure to work along an amazing group of Students from IE University to develop, organize and manage the 3rd edition of the IEU MUN Conference (which took place in November of the same year). Thanks to the amazing selection of Hosts in the Workaway platform, during July 2023 I had the opportunity to move to Croatia and work as a Front Desk Attendant + social event organizator at Design Hostel One. This not only was my first solo travel, but also an incredible chance to continue learning about Croatian culture, practice languages, expose myself to an international environment and improve my customer service skills. At DHO I did everything from cleaning rooms & preparing beds to creating posters for the social nights, even welcoming and checking-in guests. I highly encourage everyone to take the leap and move to another country during summer for such an insightful experience. There's no better way to get to know another culture, gain work experience and enjoy than this one. Show less

During the 2023 Madrid edition of the South Summit Forum I had the pleasure to work along a team of 8 volunteers creating content for twitter in real time for the different Stages. Not only did I improve my multitasking abilities but also learn to handle stress working and enjoyed such interesting topics as FinTech, AI in Health Services, Circularity in Economies... I'm looking forward to get on board for another edition. Pero también, practiqué mi inglés, establecí diálogos interculturales y aumenté mi red de contactos.
