  Knowledge of ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT codes, and coding Promote the mission, operating values, and agency services of CLUES within the community.Provides information and referral services to callers and walk-in clients. Makes appropriate referrals within CLUES and external to community organizations/resources. Is familiar with CLUES services and other regularly utilized referral sources.Represents the agency as the first point of contact for all clients and visitors. Uses high level customer service skills and cultural sensitivity to direct clients, visitors, and staff to appropriate resources in the agency.Assists with the translation of client’s official documents, including but not limited to birth certificates and marriage certificates.Maintains flow of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
