  I took over teaching German in a 5th grade class, giving the students a first introduction to the German language. I put together my own curriculum, based on the text books provided by the school, and added my own creative input, eg. using a boardgame to teach the students about German geography, playing Bingo to help them practise and memorise the numbers, and having sing-alongs of German versions of Disney songs.   I worked on everything from IOS games to AAA titles, testing and ensuring the quality of the localised Danish version, as well as doing minor translation work for the company on tight deadlines. For very large teams I was put in place as the language lead, meaning within a large team with multiple testers per language I would be heading the Danish team and functioning as the point of communication for those testers to relieve pressure on the project lead. I was also tasked with assisting the team lead on a few projects, for instance helping with client communication or assisting with managing certain aspects of testing. Show less
