  I was part of a team that developed a new type of lager beer and designed a biotechnological product from a by-product of the process for the craft brewery Cielito Lindo. As part of the development of the new flavor, the aim is to optimize the process, taking into account technological, economic, ethical and legal aspects. As for the new use of the by-product, arabinoxylan tablets were devised, boosting the company's circular economy.
