  During my time at Equiori, a B-Corp certified company in Colombia with a mission to promote a more just, equitable, and sustainable world through the production of organic Colombian products, I held a leadership role in the finance and data department. As the head of finances and data, I oversaw the budget, monitored cash flow, and implemented Odoo as an ERP system to streamline operations. I also created data visualizations using Power BI to present information in an easily digestible format for decision-makers across various departments including operations, sales, and marketing. Working closely with a team of three, I organized and presented financial information in a clear and concise manner to help managers make more objective and informed decisions.
