  As an instructor, I worked with children with disabilities and their families to provide participants with low-cost, accessible and fun swimming lessons. As VP Marketing, I helped plan and participated in fundraisers aimed at keeping the costs of the program as low as possible for families and developed creative ways to promote and advertise the program to both volunteers and families.
