1. Work closely with Groups, Branches, volunteers and other relevant agencies to ensure high standards of service. 2. Raise the profile of the National Service Framework for long term neurological conditions. 3. To Foster and maintain good working relationships with all relevant agencies to ensure closer coordination of care and support for Brain Injury Survivors. 4. To map and monitor service provision across the area, including start up of new groups where a need has been identified. 5. Organise brain injury awareness events as well as events to support and encourage brain injury survivors with their rehabilitation. 6. Encourage Groups and Branches to participate in events. 7. Deliver interactive prevention and brain injury information presentations to schools. 8. Provide and deliver Brain Injury awareness to Groups, Branches and external organisations. 9. Produce detailed reports for the Director of Services, Chief Executive, Funders and the membership committee and Board of Trustees. 10. Planning and implementing events to raise awareness and funding for Groups and Branches. 11. Support and encourage Groups and Branches to complete and return Annual Information update forms, Annual Returns Trustees Code of Conduct within required timescales. 12.
