I had the pleasure of working with Maria as a People Operations & Culture Specialist and I couldn't recommend her more highly. She has the ability to bring people together to achieve a common goal. She is an expert in employee engagement and culture and has a unique ability to understand the needs of the organization and its employees and align them for the benefit of all. Maria's contributions to the company have been invaluable and I believe that she would be an asset to any organization. I highly recommend Maria for any role within people operations and culture.

Maria is one of the most motivated recruiters I've ever worked with. She was the recruiter responsible for finding the right candidates for my team at JANE as well as many other teams. Through out our recruiting phases, Maria was always very tentative, eager to learn and continuously pushing the boundaries to find us candidates who match our protfolio. We were able to build up the team from a single dev to a full scrum team with in 6 months. One of the biggest qualities about Maria, is her empathy towards potential candidates and understanding our company/team values and being able to connect the two very effectively. It was a pleasure to have worked with Maria, and I believe she will make a meaningful impact anywhere else she works at.
