Led projects on 2023 planning and initiatives project for team building and process improvement on recruitment, and created a global onboarding program for new employees. Worked closely with the marketing and engineering team on setting up an internal campus and scavenger hunt for all new employees to provide a wholesome employee onboarding experience.
