Luckily, I got to work closely with Maria on several projects. She is an awesome service designer, combining empathy, know-how and navigation of getting to the core of the problem while keeping the scope of the project. I have had the honor to work with Maria in numerous projects when we both worked at Transformator Design. Maria is the kind of person that never stops to amaze you. When she started at Transformator she was by far the youngest service designer at the company. With an incredible speed she soaked up the essence of service design and quickly made it her own. Shortly thereafter Maria was managing her own projects, in charge the planning, the customer relation and the delivery. In large projects, where most people tend to get lost in complexity, Maria has an ability to take a step back and with clarity see the obvious and often simple solutions.
