I have had the pleasure in meeting Maria at IIEP-UNESCO. She is a hard-worker and passionate about education. She did an excellent job in identifying education priorities in Latin America and contributed to the learning portal at IIEP. While working for IIEP, she also had her master 2's dissertation to finish. She worked under pressure to finish her research and submit it, and she handled it really well. There is no one better to work on education issues than Maria, that's why i endorse her skills and capabilities.
